Service Description

This comprehensive assessment is designed to explore your child’s developmental, social-emotional, cognitive, and behavioural profile to determine whether they meet criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or both. It provides a clear understanding of your child’s strengths and support needs at home, school, and in the community. What’s included: Parent intake interview (via telehealth) using structured frameworks such as the ADI-R or MIGDAS-2 Cognitive assessment using WISC-V or WPPSI-IV Autism observation using the ADOS-2 Behaviour rating scales including the Conners-4, BASC-3, Vanderbilt, and SRS-2 Adaptive functioning assessment (e.g. Vineland-3) Teacher, daycare, or allied health input to understand functioning across settings Comprehensive written report including diagnostic conclusions (if applicable) and tailored recommendations Parent feedback session to review results and support planning for school, NDIS, and therapy services. Medicare rebates may apply with a referral from a paediatrician or psychiatrist under item 82000 (Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorders Scheme). If your child has an existing NDIS plan and you intend to use NDIS funding for this assessment, please select “NDIS Participants” from the booking menu. Disclaimer: Use of NDIS funding is only permitted where the assessment directly supports functional needs, capacity building, or plan goals. It is the responsibility of the participant, Plan Manager, or Support Coordinator to confirm funding eligibility within the current plan.


Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a full session fee. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
