Do I need referral to access your services?

No, you don’t need a referral to book an appointment.
However, a referral is required if you wish to claim Medicare rebates:

  • GP Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP): Covers up to 10 rebated therapy sessions per calendar year.

  • Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorders: Provides up to 4 rebated assessment sessions for children under 13. This referral must come from a paediatrician or psychiatrist and is intended to support diagnosis of complex neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g. Autism, ADHD, developmental delay).

How long does an assessment take?

Assessment processes vary by type but typically include 2–4 sessions plus a comprehensive report. Timeframes will be outlined during your initial consultation.

Do you accept NDIS funding?

Yes, NDIS funding is accepted for services where the child has an existing NDIS plan and the service relates to their functional needs, capacity building, or plan goals. If using NDIS funding, please ensure you select “NDIS Participants” from the service menu when booking.
